Shepherd's Lake 5K
THE EVENT
Who would think that there would be
such a beautiful place to run? Well, if you're looking for a place in the
country within a reasonable drive, come run the Shepherd's Lake 5K at the
Ringwood State Park. The challenging and USATF certified 5K course runs past
Shepherd's Lake and through Skylands Manor Botanical Gardens. It's a scenic
country course, perfect for a spring run. We also have a 1.5 mile Fitness
Run and Walk as well as Kids' Dashes.
You'll receive The Shepherd's Lake tee, super refreshments and the race is
easy to get to via Routes 80, 287, 3, 23, 17 or 4....See you there!
