ANNUAL GOODWILL 5000 METER RUN/JOG/WALK

The Goodwill 5000 Meter Run is a
USATF-NJ 500 point race that is open to runners and walkers of all ages
and abilities. The certified two-turn course runs through the beautiful,
historic estate section of Montclair, New Jersey. The race staging area
is inside the Montclair Art Museum. Proceeds from this event benefit
Goodwill Rescue Mission of Newark, New Jersey, a non-profit organization
that has provided food, shelter, and medical care to poor and homeless
since 1896. For the past two years, the GW 5000 Meter Run has raised
thousands of dollars for the Mission’s important programs, and we invite
you to be part of this year’s success! "Better lace
up your running shoes and start training! We are very pleased to offer a
new prize of $150 to the man and woman who break the existing overall
male and female course records. Information on the existing course
records can be found at
